Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Projects to lead and coordinate product supply initiatives across the EMEA region. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage launches from CMOs, and support ExM initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires deep supply chain experience in pharma, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience in global manufacturing or similar environment
• Understanding of pharmaceutical artwork management processes
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and cGMP environment
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations

The Role

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Projects lead manages and coordinates product supply activities, leads new product launches from EMEA CMOs, and supports supply chain related projects for External Manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities and manage cross functional teams involved in the planning, project management, and execution of supply chain projects.
• Oversee and lead new product launches from EMEA CMOs; develop and maintain launch-related metrics and dashboards to ensure visibility and drive action.
• Partner with the Launch Excellence team to ensure alignment of product flows, master data, and forecasts.
• Support ExM Virtual Plant Teams with tech transfer projects, ensuring supplier capability to meet all requirements.
• Create detailed project work plans, identifying scope, key milestones, and deliverables, and update them as needed to meet evolving requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely task completion and successful delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams and effectively communicate project status updates

Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills Required:

• Understanding of pharmaceutical artwork management processes
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Regulatory operations in a cGMP environment.
• An understanding of regulatory requirements and management of regulatory constraints.
• Full understanding of BMS Supply Chain, products and markets.
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Detailed knowledge of Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations.
• Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
• APICS or related qualification
• 5years + Supply Chain experience in global manufacturing and supply environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
• Project Management qualification/experience is desirable.
