Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading global manufacturing organisation to appoint a Senior Supply Chain Manager in Wexford.

This senior role leads the supply chain, planning, procurement and logistics, driving continuous improvement, ERP initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration to support site growth and regulatory compliance.

You will develop strategies, manage a high‑performing team, and influence stakeholders across manufacturing, finance and operations.

Qualifications

8+ years of supply chain leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment or similar.
Strong expertise across supply chain planning, procurement, supplier management and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the supply chain functions, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
Develop and deliver supply chain strategies that support growth, operational excellence and site objectives.
Drive demand and supply planning to align manufacturing, commercial and global teams.
Improve inventory performance, reduce costs, enhance service levels and drive efficiency.
Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to ensure continuity and performance.
Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, including ERP and planning system enhancements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Finance and Operations to deliver cross-functional improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and trade requirements within a regulated environment.
