Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Supply Chain Specialist for its growing team in Cork. This role focuses on ensuring materials are available to support production, maintaining inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and driving supply continuity.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimise operational performance. The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing setting, strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle), and

Qualifications

Experience in a Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Production Planning or Materials Planning role.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning in manufacturing environments.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).

Responsibilities

Manage the supply of materials to support production and customer demand.
Create and maintain supply plans using ERP planning tools.
Monitor inventory levels and minimise shortages and excess stock.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries and lead times.
Collaborate with procurement, production, customer service and logistics teams to ensure efficient supply chain execution.
Analyse demand and supply data to support planning decisions.
Resolve supply issues and escalate risks as required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.
