Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Landlord negotiation and acquisition to secure sustainable site stability.
• Evaluate location and contract situations to craft robust offers and drive price negotiations.
• Prepare offers, obtain internal approvals, and close agreements.
• Manage additional negotiations outside the GLBO portfolio based on business priorities.
• Build relationships with internal teams and deliver regular pipeline reporting.
