Job summary

Vodafone Ireland is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to provide commercially focused legal advice across the organisation. You will support strategic initiatives, customer engagements and major contracts, while helping to manage regulatory risk and ensure governance across Vodafone Ireland's operations.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal support for strategic commercial initiatives, customer engagements and business transformation projects acrossVodafone Ireland.
• Advising on the provision of Vodafone's products and services, including mobile, fixed, cloud, connectivity, IoT, managed services, SaaS and emerging digital solutions.
• Supporting major customer, supplier and partner opportunities from inception through to contract execution and implementation.
• Negotiating, drafting and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements, including Enterprise customer contracts, Framework agreements, Master Services Agreements, Managed services agreements, software/licences, procurement, partnerships and NDAs.
• Acting as legal advisor on strategic customer, supplier and partner relationships and supporting commercial teams in achieving objectives while managing risk.
• Advising on IP, software, cloud, technology and IT-related legal issues and assisting product owners in developing customer-facing terms.
• Advising on procurement law and public sector tender opportunities, responding to RFPs and framework competitions.
• Ensuring governance is followed for contractual commitments and supporting compliance with Vodafone Group policies.
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders across Vodafone Ireland and coordinating with Vodafone Group teams to leverage best practices.
• Managing external legal advisers and delivering training on legal and compliance matters to business stakeholders.
