Job summary

Sccsinternational is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor role in the greater Dublin area. The position covers cost and value management from mobilisation to final account, and requires handling contractual relationships with clients and the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Requires a Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cost management, procurement and subcontract administration.
• Training structured toward professional competence assessment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in procurement of specialist trades with appointment recommendations to the project director.
• Assist in drafting subcontract agreements.
• Receipt, assessment and settlement of subcontract interim valuations and final accounts.
