Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in commercial management and cost control.
• Leadership experience in a multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control and financial oversight across multiple projects.
• Contribute to strategic project decisions and mentor junior surveyors.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, tenders and payment certs.
• Negotiate subcontractor tenders, variations and claims.
• Lead procurement strategy and supplier negotiations.
• Provide monthly cost reporting and support scorecards.
• Coordinate with site teams to align budgets with milestones.
