Job summary

PFH Technology Group in Dublin is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead the transition of contract management into a fully operational model within the Office of the CTTO. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and value-for-money outcomes across a public sector context.

You will drive the roadmap, assess contract actions, manage expiry risk, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise contract performance and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in public sector procurement governance.
• Experience using contract management systems and governance reporting.
• Ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements in contract management.
• Experience managing contract renewals, extensions and variations.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic roadmap to transition contract management to an operational model.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in governance and reporting.
• Oversee expiry reviews, approvals, and replacement planning for contracts.
• Monitor compliance with procurement requirements and governance arrangements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the Office of the CTTO and Procurement.
• Provide guidance on contract management processes and decision points.
