Sherry FitzGerald Limited in Sutton invites an enthusiastic Intermediate Negotiator to join our team. You will advise clients on the residential market, manage a portfolio of properties, and guide vendors and buyers through viewings, offers and the completion process.

This role requires a PSRA licence, experience in residential sales, and a proactive, high-energy approach. You will work with the branch to achieve KPIs, develop new business opportunities, and maintain the brand’s professional

Formación

• Currently hold a PSRA licence.
• Have experience in residential sales.
• Have excellent knowledge of the residential property market.
• Be self-motivated with an ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment.
• Have an ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines essential.
• Have strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Have access to a car and a full clean driver’s licence.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted property advisor to clients on market.
• Manage a portfolio of properties with regular vendor updates.
• Negotiate property sales and manage bidding with buyers.
• Deliver excellent service to vendors and buyers.
• Develop branch business plan and support KPIs.
• Qualify and re-qualify buyers and match with properties.
