• Extensive experience in project or program management leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Proven ability to leverage AI and digital automation tools to enhance project execution and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, governance structures, and execution strategies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligning teams around objectives and timelines.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure coordinated execution across workstreams.
• Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability for delivery commitments.
• Build partnerships across business, technology, operations, and supporting functions.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives.
• Drive decision-making by presenting options, risks, and recommendations.
• Resolve conflicts and navigate ambiguity to maintain momentum.
• Prepare executive-ready communications, status reports, and presentations.
• Translate complex activities into clear business outcomes, risks, and decisions.
• Provide leadership with transparency into progress, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and governance.
