Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, Product Management, or related roles within healthcare environments.
• Proven experience driving process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Proven experience developing project deliverables and managing complex workstreams within client-facing environments.
• Proven experience working within Agile teams and applying Agile methodologies to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify issues, establish objectives, develop recommendations, and implement solutions for clients.
• Leverage AI enabled tools to support and accelerate consulting delivery activities while improving efficiency and outcomes.
• Perform project management duties including work plan development, stakeholder management, and creation of engagement artifacts for clients.
• Monitor, manage, and document project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
