Qualifications

• Proven significant leadership experience in analytics, operations, transformation, strategy, technology, healthcare, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
• Proven ability to thrive in highly matrixed environments and partner across multiple teams.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of a large organization.
• Experience developing business cases, operating models, and strategic roadmaps.
