Job summary

The Irish Martial Arts Commission is seeking a competent Executive Manager to work with the IMAC Executive Committee and Officers in implementing IMAC policies, rolling out the strategic plan, and overseeing operations across IMAC and its nine advisory boards. The role is full-time, based in Dublin, with a hybrid work option possible.

Candidates should have a track record in programme management, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting, plus governance and funding experience within Irish sport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in a relevant role in Irish sports sector or similar.
• Experience in programme or project management.
• Experience in budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Understanding of governance & funding structures in Irish sport – or similar.
• Hybrid work plan may be considered; post based primarily in Dublin.
• Knowledge of martial arts is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of IMAC policies and programmes.
• Assist in creating and rolling out IMAC’s strategic plan.
• Provide operational oversight of the organisation.
• Coordinate with the IMAC Executive Committee and Officers.
• Liaise with Advisory Boards / NGBs.
