Job summary

PE Global is recruiting a Clinical Trials Manager for a leading multinational pharma client based in Dublin. This is a contract position. You will oversee the successful execution of studies, manage resources and budgets, and lead a team across programs to ensure timely delivery in a compliant environment.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, oversee study documentation, and manage CROs/vendors, with strong focus on timelines and regulatory adherence. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ clinical or related life sciences experience.
• Experience developing RFPs and managing CROs or vendors.
• Proven ability to start-up, manage and close-out clinical studies.
• Advanced knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH and GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of studies and programs within budgets and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional Study Management Teams (SMTs) and coordinate stakeholders.
• Manage study resources and forecast staffing needs.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop and review study-related documents and SOPs.
• Identify and mitigate risks in clinical programs.
