Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks a strategic pricing and monetization professional in Dublin, combining pricing strategy, packaging, and go-to-market execution. You will collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to translate strategy into monetization plans across Bentley’s software portfolio.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional coordination, and impact across the product lifecycle, with a hybrid work model in Dublin, Ireland and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, packaging, monetization, product commercialization, commercial strategy, or related discipline.
• Direct experience within the B2B software, SaaS, technology, or infrastructure engineering software industry.
• Strong understanding of software business models, licensing approaches, commercial programs, pricing and packaging models (subscription, perpetual, enterprise, usage-based, hybrid).
• Proven analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, business performance, and product value to support data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across Bentley's product portfolio.
• Partner with Product Management, Commercial Strategy, Account Advancement, Finance, Operations, Marketing to support go-to-market readiness and execution.
• Develop business cases, pricing analyses, and market assessments to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for pricing optimization and packaging improvements.
