Job summary

ICE MUSIC BOX is seeking a proactive Public Relations Officer to enhance media relations and customer engagement. You will train staff, handle inquiries, organise events and oversee surveys to boost client satisfaction.

The role requires strong written and oral communication, excellent organization, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering creative PR solutions for beverages and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role.
• Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print).
• Background in researching, writing and editing publications.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media.
• Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus.
• Strong communication ability (oral and written).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• a. Building good customer relations and arranging staff meetings.
• b. Training and development and handling complaints and queries from customers and staff.
• c. Arranging promotional events and carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
• d. Reviewing the arrival list daily and assisting in preparing and distributing welcome amenities.
• e. Being present at the entrance and maintaining decorum.
• f. Promoting all new and existing beverages and events in the outlet.
• g. Carrying out staff performance assessment processes.
• h. Carrying out crisis management plans.
• i. Developing personal effectiveness at a supervisory level.
