HOO CHENG KTV NITECLUB PTE. LTD. seeks an energetic guest services professional to welcome guests and handle reservations with a friendly, professional approach.

You will respond to inquiries promptly, nurture guest relationships to build loyalty, and work with daily staff to maximize seating and ensure smooth operations, including weekends and public holidays.

Previous F&B experience is an advantage, and you must be able to stay calm in a fast-paced setting while delivering excellent service.

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• 2–3 years of working experience in F&B is an advantage.

Job responsibilities:

• Receive guests friendly and professionally


• Manage all queries in promptly and professionally manner


• Maintain good rapport and nurture the relationship to increase loyalty with guests


• Assist in any reservations, group and/or event booking


• Work closely with daily operational staff to maximize seating capacity and ensure smooth operations


• Other duties as assigned by the Manager
