Zusammenfassung

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead the professional Planning associates and drive performance across Supply Chain planning. The role requires deep knowledge of planning concepts, SIOP, and ERP systems, with a focus on delivering aligned production plans and continuous improvement.

You will mentor the planning team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure plans meet business objectives and regulatory requirements while optimizing

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing planning.
Experience with SIOP and ERP systems in a regulated environment.

Aufgaben

Lead the Planning Team and set annual goals and objectives for Supply Chain planning.
Develop long-term production planning strategies considering market trends and business objectives.
Provide guidance to team, peers and customers on planning concepts and best practices.
Ensure compliance with Quality Systems, FDA/regulatory expectations where applicable, and internal procedures.
Identify risks in planning processes and implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
Collaborate with Operations, R&D and Product Development to prioritize resources for launches and improvements.
