Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Plant Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all facilities. You will design and deploy sustainable systems to achieve world-class safety, quality, delivery, lead-time and cost performance.

Responsibilities include leading the Integer Production System, strategic planning, and Lean workshops, mentoring leaders, and sustaining a lean culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Ten years of industrial experience driving continuous improvement is required.
• Experience leading site-wide Lean initiatives and workshops is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Integer Production System across manufacturing facilities to achieve world-class performance.
• Lead site strategic planning and the annual Hoshin planning process for breakthrough opportunities.
• Facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops and mentor site leaders in Lean concepts.
• Promote Lean culture via training, coaching, and sustaining Improvement Idea Systems.
• Manage direct reports and align safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals.
