Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Plant Continuous Improvement Manager to drive manufacturing excellence across its facilities. You will design and implement sustainable systems to boost safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.

Responsibilities include deploying the Integer Production System, leading site visions and strategic plans, coaching site leaders, and promoting a lean culture in all sites. Travel and leadership of cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial experience driving continuous improvement.
• Specialized knowledge in Hoshin Planning, value stream mapping, and visual controls.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Integer Production System across facilities.
• Lead site leadership teams through annual Hoshin Planning.
• Coach site leaders and promote a lean culture on the shop floor.
• Mentor direct reports and manage projects to achieve breakthrough opportunities.
• Lead workshops and cross-functional events to develop improvement plans.
