Integer is seeking a seasoned Planning leader to manage professional Planning associates and supervisors, accountable for the performance and results of the Planning team across the site. The role requires deep understanding of Planning concepts, ERP-driven processes, and supply chain disciplines to align production plans with business goals.

You will develop long-term production planning strategies, oversee metrics, and guide others to adopt new ideas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing with progressive leadership.
• Experience delivering planning KPIs and ERP-based planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Planning Team to meet supply chain goals.
• Develop long-term production planning strategies.
