Job summary

Eirgen Pharma in Waterford seeks a Commercial Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, planning, inventory management and warehousing. You will drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance and support global medicines supply from the site leadership team.

The ideal candidate has a degree in supply chain or related field, strong SAP ERP experience, and a proven ability to lead teams in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Experience leading end-to-end supply chain in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong commercial acumen with budgets, inventory optimization and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team across Supply Chain, Procurement and Warehousing.
Be a key member of the site leadership team and drive performance.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOP and regulatory standards.
Drive inventory optimization, cost control and overall supply chain efficiency.
Lead strategic initiatives in change management and process improvements.
