Job summary

MeiraGTx is seeking a procurement professional to provide support for the Shannon manufacturing business across services, materials and capital expenditure in a GxP environment. You will work with stakeholders in Shannon, the UK and the US to source, negotiate and secure favourable terms.

In a fast-paced, agile setting you will drive cost savings, manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while maintaining continuity of critical supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to GMP/GDP regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience negotiating contracts for services, capital equipment, and materials.
• Ability to manage supplier performance and risk in a GxP context.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and source suppliers through tender evaluation and negotiation.
• Support stakeholders in price, terms, delivery, and service levels negotiations.
• Identify cost savings and manage expenditure across materials, services and capital projects.
• Coordinate with Legal and Quality to ensure compliant contracts and effective supplier management.
