Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a People Business Partner to lead and deliver strategic and operational People initiatives in a specified region, aligned with company strategy. You will ensure a culture of high engagement and performance while building credible relationships with senior stakeholders in a multi-site setting.

The role is based at our Dublin depot on a full-time basis, with a rewards package including holiday, life assurance, discounts, recognition awards and a strong pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Relevant HR qualifications (CIPD, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in HR business partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading organisational change and HR compliance.
• Generalist HR with rewards, ER, communications, talent and development, resourcing, and org design.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic and operational People initiatives within a region/business area.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multi-site environments.
• Collaborate with the wider HR Team and Finance to understand and challenge the P&L.
• Drive change programmes and people plans to enable high performance.
