Cairn is seeking an HR People Partner for a 15-month FTC in Ireland to drive the Cairn People strategy through close business partnering with senior stakeholders. You will shape workforce planning, implement policies and support managers across multiple sites with performance and development initiatives.

Formación

• 4+ years of business partnering experience and 5-6 years in general HR
• Degree in HR or related subject; CIPD qualification desirable
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment is advantageous
• Strong background in employee relations and performance management
• Full clean driving license with ability to work across multiple locations
• Understanding of HR operations including ER, IR, HRIS, payroll and metrics

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with management teams to be trusted HR advisor onsite
• Guide and support people managers across sites with performance feedback and 1:1 conversations
• Provide guidance on employee relations, discipline and performance with best practice standards
• Translate company objectives into individual goals aligning focus and outcomes
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment laws are followed across Cairn
• Lead and manage employee relations cases including probation, underperformance and disciplinary matters
• Evaluate performance reviews and link to development plans
• Support onboarding of new hires in line with the People Plan
• Participate in HR initiatives and programs and run internal workshops as needed
• Deliver annual performance cycle with objective setting sessions
• Manage HR Generalists and provide coaching and mentoring
• Oversee recruitment activities, workforce planning and candidate experience
• Maintain relationships with colleges for Cairn graduate programs
• Create detailed job specs reflecting hiring needs
• Manage relationships with recruitment providers and Cairn employer branding
