Job summary

ESB, Ireland’s leading energy utility, seeks an experienced Organisation Design & Development Specialist at our Dublin base. In the Culture & Capability team, you will shape how we optimise organisational effectiveness to accelerate delivery of our Net Zero by 2040 strategy in a scalable, sustainable way.

You will partner with business leaders, work within the OD&D Centre of Excellence, and embed design thinking, change management, and evidence-based practice at enterprise level to drive lasting

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in HR or management consulting with at least 6 years in organisation design or development.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage confidential work.
• Experience enabling change through design, governance and structure.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the current operating model and identify design improvements across teams.
• Lead design cycles through ESB's organisation design framework and testing.
• Track benefits, adoption measures and post-implementation KPIs.
• Challenge proposals to align with ESB strategy, values and principles.
• Shape OD&D policies and integrate digital, analytics and AI-enabled approaches.
• Build capability across leadership through workshops and coaching.
• Act as SME for people-centric change management standards.
