Job summary

Dublin Port Company is seeking an experienced Management Information & Strategy Analyst to build our BI and analytics capability. You will develop dashboards, KPI frameworks and reporting solutions that support decision-making across the organisation, including the Executive Management Team and Board.

You will collaborate with Strategy and Technology teams to shape data architecture and drive data governance, with a strong emphasis on business impact and strategic initiatives such as the

Qualifications

• Six+ years in management information, BI, analytics or related fields.
• Degree at level 8 in Business, Analytics, IS, Engineering, Economics or related discipline.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance analysis, reporting and productivity.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into KPIs, insights and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and reports for Exec Team and Board.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and inform decisions.
• Analyse data from operatio nal, financial, HR systems.
• Identify trends, opportunities and risks with actionable insights.
• Improve data quality, governance and KPI definitions.
• Automate reporting using Power BI, Power Query, and Microsoft tools.
