Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Experience with BI tools.
• Experience with CRM or field systems is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage workload.
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Act as central day-to-day contact for field and commercial teams on data queries.
• Manage daily operation of field systems (REX, XTEL) ensuring accuracy.
• Apply validation checks to identify data quality issues early.
• Maintain and update master data for customers, outlets and products.
• Produce dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Provide data reporting to support field execution and decision-making.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and integrations (SAP, REX, XTEL).
• Ensure data quality and governance across CRM, order and customer systems.
• Identify recurring issues and support automation of processes.
• Provide analytics and system support; troubleshoot with IT.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of reporting tools.
