Job summary

National Vehicle Distribution is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of key accounts across our Irish and UK sites. You will plan activities, collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams to meet targets and drive customer value.

The role relies on ERP and Salesforce CRM, with a focus on process improvement, capacity planning and reporting. You will lead customer initiatives, attend onsite visits, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics or related field required.
• Proven experience in key account management within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Organization and time-management competences to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and manage customer account activities and key projects through NVD’s ecosystem.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular check-ins and clear communication.
• Respond to customer requirements and attend onsite visits when required.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve complaints effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams and translate customer requirements into operational plans.
• Contribute to weekly capacity planning to prioritise customer needs.
