Indero seeks an Associate Director, Project Management to provide senior leadership for the Project Delivery function across Europe with a remote-capable setup. You will oversee PMs, drive standardization of processes, and ensure delivery against sponsor expectations in a fast-paced biotech/pharma environment.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance management, partnering with senior leaders to scale delivery capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance across studies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor level degree in a field relevant to clinical project management.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Minimum 7 years of combined experience in clinical research and project management.
• Demonstrated leadership and line management experience, preferably in a CRO.
• Strong leadership, judgement, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building with internal teams, sponsors and external partners.
• Knowledge of GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction for Project Delivery aligned with strategy and growth.
• Lead workforce planning and resource management for PM staff.
• Ensure KPIs are monitored, reported, and driving process improvements.
• Mentor PMs and develop leadership within the team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver sponsor-ready projects.
