Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Ireland seeks a Senior / Project Manager in Oncology to lead Phase I–IV trials across local, regional, and global settings. You will oversee start-up to closeout, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence in a remote-first environment.

The role requires a strong oncology PM background, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership, with English fluency and ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• University or college degree, preferably in Life Sciences, or a related allied health field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the clinical pharmaceutical industry with oncology project management experience or equivalent CRO/healthcare supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional project teams in clinical research settings.
• Strong understanding of project management principles: timelines, quality, cost, resources, risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I–IV clinical trials from start-up through closeout, ensuring delivery across all project phases.
• Direct cross-functional teams, coordinating internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and adapt project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet objectives.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance in line with contracts and business goals.
• Act as primary client contact, building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting study delivery.
• Promote collaboration and resolve conflicts across global, multicultural teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
