Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Dublin seeks an experienced digital consultant to lead data analytics and assurance across Infrastructure and Real Estate. You will manage client relationships, deliver data-driven insights, and contribute to business development within a rapidly growing Dublin team.

You will design end-to-end data processes, mentor colleagues and drive productivity for clients in this expanding practice.

Qualifications

• Strong programming and data analytics capabilities across Python, R and SQL.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and Excel.
• CI/CD exposure with Azure DevOps and GitHub is desirable.
• Power Platform and Fabric environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the key client contact on a major project and client account.
• Design, develop and deliver data‑driven solutions to drive insights and performance.
• Produce design documents and technical specifications for data processes.
• Develop the team and inspire commitment and inclusive culture.
• Lead business development activities and proposal writing.
• Identify new relationships while growing existing ones.
• Translate knowledge into new ideas or solutions.
• Conduct market appraisal and address client needs.
• Pursue opportunities and manage proposals, bids and client interviews.
