Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead client delivery and growth across our infrastructure advisory service line in Ireland. Based in Dublin or Belfast, you will guide projects across the lifecycle, manage teams, and drive strategic outcomes for clients while fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in the infrastructure sector, with advisory experience across lifecycle stages.
• Experience forming and leading teams delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services across the infrastructure lifecycle (strategy, design to delivery).
• Lead and mentor teams; manage client relationships and project delivery.
• Drive client growth and cross-team collaboration across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
