Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Consultant to join the Dublin Digital Consulting team, delivering data analytics and governance across infrastructure and real estate projects. You will manage client engagements, develop data models, and lead dashboards that drive informed decisions.

You will collaborate with IT teams, generate business insights, and contribute to growth and capability development within a recently formed, fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong analytic and numeracy skills with the ability to present data clearly.
• Ability to program in DAX, Python, VBA and SQL is essential.
• Degree in an analytic subject is desirable (Maths/Geography/Engineering/Economics).
• Consulting and business analysis skills (MoSCoW method) help understand client requirements.
• Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric Environment is preferred.
• Experience in data warehousing and data modelling is required.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization is expected.
• Experience with Azure components (Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Blob Storage).
• Strong BI and reporting architecture knowledge, including dimensions, measures, metadata & schemas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team of analysts and consultants on diverse tasks.
• Develop end-to-end data processes and data models for clients.
• Design data solutions with client IT teams and build dashboards and visuals.
• Lead client engagements to gather data, analysis, and modelling needs.
• Support clients in using model outputs for decision making.
• Test solutions, conduct assurance checks, and report progress.
• Prepare project communications and client pitches for business development.
