Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning across sales, opex and capex, and to consolidate P&L, balance sheet and cashflow for planning cycles.

You will partner with functional leaders, provide insights, and present dashboards to senior leadership. The role demands 5+ years in commercial finance and a track record of managing a team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role.
• Experience leading an FP&A team in a fast paced commercial environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and delegation skills with multiple deliverables.
• Ability to partner with the business across levels to support strategy and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present a compelling story to senior stakeholders.
• Commercial and financial acumen with the ability to quickly assess options.
• Strategic thinker comfortable in an agile setting.
• Influences others to drive value and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team that develops budgets and forecasts for sales, opex and capex.
• Oversee consolidation of P&L, balance sheet and cashflow for planning activities.
• Partner with functional leaders to interpret financial performance and support decisions.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership highlighting costs and insights.
• Analyze trends and KPI performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and macro insights to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Drive delivery through collaboration across multiple teams and maintain alignment with priorities.
• Communicate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders.
