Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of the General Insurance market in the UK & Ireland.
• Understanding of insurance operations and technology, including AI trends.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial awareness in IT services sales.
• Ability to build relationships at CxO level.
• Established network within the Insurance sector.
• Self-starter able to navigate complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior (CxO-level) relationships across target accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Insurance market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including underpenetrated areas.
• Create compelling propositions and business cases aligned to client needs.
• Manage pipeline, reporting, and bid governance processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to win deals.
• Support RFP responses and market positioning.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and provide market insight.
