Job summary

Bausch & Lomb is seeking a HR Business Partner to oversee HR activities across operations and support functions at our Waterford site. You will partner with leadership to deliver best-in-class people solutions and drive HR initiatives that align with organisational goals.

Based in Waterford on-site five days a week, you will work with the wider HR team to implement policies, manage Employee Relations matters, and support succession planning, internal mobility, and wellbeing initiatives across

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or Business is required.
• 8+ years HR experience, ideally in life sciences or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong IR/ER background, union engagement an advantage.
• Operate at strategic and operational levels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influencing across levels.
• Solid understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR Business Partner to designated units and plans.
• Collaborate with HR team to drive initiatives and change programs.
• Ensure policies and procedures comply with legislation.
• Provide guidance on Employee Relations investigations, disciplinary and grievances.
• Lead people-focused initiatives aligning with site goals.
• Support succession planning and internal mobility.
• Drive change management in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
