Job summary

Exaktera is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Cork site with employee relations, change management and local people priorities. The role will lead global and regional HR initiatives, coordinate events and collaborate with stakeholders across HR, business functions and geographies to ensure effective execution.

This 12-month fixed-term/ consultancy position offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional projects and leadership meetings, with a focus on Irish employment

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
• Experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Programme Manager in multinational or matrixed organisations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and Irish employment legislation.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from design to implementation.
• Experience in change management and people engagement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to the Cork site and lead employee relations activities.
• Coordinate global and regional initiatives, events and communications.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and roadmaps.
• Partner with Senior Director of HR and stakeholders to drive organisational priorities.
