Qualifications

• Significant experience within a HR Business Partnering or senior HR advisory role.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure or a similar project-led environment is highly desirable.
• Experience working across a large (2,000+), complex or multi-site organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Extensive experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Employee Relations & Performance: Lead complex ER cases, coach managers on performance and HR best practice, ensure policy compliance.
