Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our Dublin West office. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and permanently employed at 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to manage high-volume Employee Relations, international mobility, and end-to-end HR support within a fast-paced, unionised environment. Ideal candidates have proven 360 HR Generalist experience, strong ER capabilities, and exposure to

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working in Ireland in HR due to hands-on experience with Irish employment law.
• Experience handling high-volume employee relations cases and dealing with trade unions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end, high-volume Employee Relations casework, advising line managers on grievances, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Collaborate within a unionised environment, building strong relationships with staff and trade union representatives.
• Coordinate visa and work permit processing, manage administrative tracking systems, and liaise with legal representatives and immigration agencies.
• Provide full 360-degree HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, supporting performance reviews and business initiatives.
