Job summary

Arrabawn Tipperary is seeking an HR Business Partner to support two sites in Co. Tipperary, Ireland. This full-time, on-site role partners with plant leadership to shape people strategies that drive safety, quality and productivity.

You will lead talent reviews, coaching, and change initiatives across dairy operations, with a strong emphasis on workforce planning, engagement, and union relations. A related degree and 5+ years’ HR experience in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Experience working with unions, employment law, and compliance in a plant setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to leadership across two sites to align HR with business priorities.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development for dairy operations.
• Coach managers on performance management and development plans tied to KPIs.
• Drive employee relations and culture initiatives focusing on safety, quality, accountability and improvement.
• Support organizational change, plant integration, and process improvements through effective communication.
• Ensure policy compliance with employment law, safety and food-safety regulations.
• Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics to inform business decisions.
