Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Business with science exposure.
• Proven B2B sales track record in scientific services.
• Experience selling to regulated industries (pharma/biotech) is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute new business opportunities in Managed Resourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and revenue targets.
• Present tailored resourcing solutions (FTE, project-based, embedded models).
• Lead proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records of client interactions and pipeline.
