Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Commercial Growth Account Executive in Dublin. You will identify new workloads in existing accounts to grow Atlas usage, articulate the value of MongoDB’s expanding feature set, and support customers through their journey to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.

Based in Dublin, you will develop relationships within accounts, work towards meeting quotas, and excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in a closing role, ideally software or database.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new workloads and use cases within existing accounts to drive Atlas consumption.
• Articulate value of MongoDB's feature set and developer data platform.
• Support and retain customers, ensuring optimal product usage and satisfaction.
• Develop relationships within customer accounts and promote deeper partnerships with decision-makers.
• Navigate diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process to land and expand workloads.
