Job summary

Stripe is seeking a proactive Hunter Account Executive for the Startup SaaS Platforms team in Dublin. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect new startups, articulate Stripe’s value, and guide customers from initial engagement to product adoption.

You will collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to tailor solutions for high-growth SaaS platforms, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing/closing sales role.
• Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems.
• Desire to build great relationships with technical customers.
• Analytical ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a named account list and craft plans to win high-growth startups.
• Understand users' pain points and propose tailored Stripe solutions.
• Lead complex evaluations with cross-functional teams to activation and adoption.
• Foster relationships with executive stakeholders in the local startup ecosystem.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead to product adoption within startups.
• Develop outbound strategies and execute prospecting programmes to drive revenue.
• Identify startups from inbound and outbound efforts in collaboration with Marketing.
