Job summary

BOYLE Sports is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead day-to-day finance operations across retail and online divisions. The role reports to the Finance Director and is based at Dundalk HQ on site, overseeing accounting, reporting, tax, and treasury with a focus on controls and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will drive financial efficiency, deliver timely insights, and partner with senior management to support growth and profitability across Ireland, the UK, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager within a regulated environment.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional finance operations and strong controls.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial management across multiple jurisdictions, including GL, AP, and treasury.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and balance sheet reporting with accuracy.
• Coordinate consolidation of results and manage cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and tax obligations across international footprint.
• Provide finance data and commentary to Finance Director to support decision making.
