Job summary

BoyleSports is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to join the finance team at the Dundalk HQ / Gibraltar. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the Retail division, partnering with senior leaders to drive profitability and investment decisions across shops and regions.

The role requires strong FP&A, Excel, Power BI and data modelling skills, with prior experience in large multi-site retail or betting environments highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience in a multi-site operation.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and investment appraisal skills.
• Experience with data-led decision making in retail or betting sectors is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range planning for Retail.
• Provide insights on revenue, gross profit, costs, EBITDA and capex.
• Develop robust financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Deliver variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Retail Director and leadership to drive performance.
• Support ROI, payback and sensitivity analyses for investments.
