Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supplier Compliance & Third Party Risk Management to fortify our Global Procurement risk program. You will shape governance, drive process improvements, and partner with senior leaders to ensure compliance and supplier integrity across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes regulatory readiness, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging technology to deliver risk-informed decisions in a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement/compliance or related roles
• Hands-on experience with TPRM platforms
• Solid understanding of ICH/GCP regulatory guidelines as they apply to procurement and vendor management

Responsibilities

• Elevate Risk Governance – Enhance TPRM controls, decision frameworks, and technology capabilities to strengthen oversight, improve control effectiveness, and support a mature, intelligence-driven risk program.
• Drive Operational Excellence – Reimagine and streamline TPRM processes through continuous improvement, automation, and simplification initiatives that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the enterprise.
• Influence Enterprise Risk Decisions – Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate emerging risks, strengthen controls, and support informed business decisions.
• Lead Through Regulatory Scrutiny – Serve as a key contributor during inspections, audits, and governance reviews, ensuring third-party risk management practices withstand external examination.
• Leverage Technology to Enhance Risk Intelligence – Optimize risk management processes, controls, monitoring activities, and data insights through continuous improvement of TPRM technologies and operating models.
• Shape Risk Governance – Influence the evolution of policies, standards, and risk frameworks that enable effective oversight, defensible decision-making, and sustained inspection preparedness.
• Champion Continuous Improvement – Bring fresh, strategic ideas to evolve TPRM practices, share best practices, build risk awareness, and contribute to thought leadership across internal and external forums.
