Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ PQE in related legal roles.
• Experience with US-listed companies is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in international corporate law and global compliance.
• Proven ability to manage cross-border transactions and interact with regulators across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team on risks, disclosures, and regulatory changes.
• Draft and maintain corporate policies reflecting the evolving international legal landscape.
• Manage disputes, litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters to protect the company.
