Accenture’s Finance Reinvention Partner in Ireland seeks an FP&A professional to redesign how FP&A services are organized and delivered, standardising planning, reporting and insight while preserving business judgment for decision support. You’ll bring 4+ years of FP&A or finance-transformation experience, deep practical FP&A knowledge, and familiarity with EPM/ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' FP&A or finance-transformation experience.
• Experience leading FP&A operating-model workstreams from design to implementation.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, budgeting, rolling forecasting, and KPI frameworks.
• Experience with GBS/Shared-services models and multi-country organisations.

Responsabilités

• Assess current FP&A operating model and service portfolio.
• Develop target service scope across corporate or group FP&A, business-unit and regional FP&A, finance business partnering, GBS/GCC, Centres of Excellence and external providers.
• Design the target FP&A operating model with defined roles, governance and interfaces.
• Define how FP&A teams will work together across end-to-end service and establish hand-offs and decision forums.
• Define standardisation and service-delivery requirements for core FP&A activities.
• Assess data, technology, automation and AI implications for the future operating model.
• Translate operating-model decisions into requirements for EPM, ERP, analytics, workflow and AI capabilities.
• Build the business case for change, benefits and implementation roadmap; lead the workstream and deliver executive-ready recommendations.
