Job summary

Prodieco Limited is seeking a Financial Planning & Strategy Analyst to join the finance team in Ireland. You will translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, supporting the five-year plan, forecasting, acquisition modelling and integration, and strategic projects.

The role suits a fast-paced PE portfolio environment with high expectations and ownership. You will work across Finance, Commercial and Operations to deliver actionable recommendations and drive value

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in strategy/management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate finance or FP&A.
• Excellent financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and ability to identify key drivers.
• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support five-year business and value creation plan development.
• Build robust financial models for planning, forecasting and decisions.
• Analyse large datasets and distill insights for management.
• Identify trends, drivers, opportunities and risks and translate into actions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Develop scenario analyses to assess strategic decisions.
